We work the muscles with smooth long strokes & deep pressure, releasing tension, stiffness and increase circulation & focus on specific areas as needed.   You can control the pressure being used.

Hot Rock Massage

A deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage.

Heated local beach rocks placed on the body allow the heat to increase blood flow, and relax the whole body. The stress just melts away.

Chair Massage

Relieves muscle tension in the head, neck, shoulders, arms and back – Available at the Wellness Center for your convenience when you only have 15 min. to spare.  You don’t remove any clothing.

Great for before or after your Chiropractic visit.

We will bring the massage chair to your office and set up in a small area, such as a conference or break room, on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly basis, or even on a one-time basis.

This is a relaxing aromatic foot treatment. A warm foot bath and foot scrub for your tired, overworked feet. Wake them up with a cool, invigorating peppermint lotion massage.
